Quest City - City Discovery

Discovery of a city in a different way than through a simple trip or a daily walk to the office.

Each town hides from our sight real treasures which can be as hard to uncover as the members of a team. Quest City challenges you to better know your team mates and also to uncover the hidden treasures of the towns you are passing through.

 

We have organised so far 6 editions of "QUEST CITY" in Rasnov, Brasov, Cluj and Sibiu.

 

Quest City is a dedicated Workshop for:

1. Tracking the discovery of team members, of how people react in completely new situations and in the company of peers different from those with whom they work daily, as well as the acquisition of new skills and knowledge.
2. Developing relationships among teams that have been working together for a long time and overcoming the blockages that appear over time between members of a team.

 

The format of Quest City activities

1. Participants are divided into teams by drawing lots (in case the teams are prearrange this step can be skipped)
2. Presentation of the activities
3. Performing or the task and challenges
4. Feedback from the participants about the event and about the team they were part of.
5. Awarding participants

 

Companies use Workshops as tools to promote employee bonding and team cohesion. The activities include a variety of games and exercises designed or customized especially for this purpose.
